Terms & Conditions
These term and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online room selection service (the “Service provided by the hotel. By using this Service, you (“you” or “Guest(s)”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Availability to Perform Online Room Selection
Guests may select their room using the Service:
- Immediately for reservations made through www.royaltonresorts.com up until two days prior to the arrival date; or
- 48 hours after booking for reservations made through other channels, such as tour operators, travel agencies, and online travel agencies up until two days prior to the arrival date. This time allows third-party reservations to be entered into the hotel’s booking systems.
- Applicability of the Service for Reservations Made Through Travel Agencies
The Service applies to all reservations made through travel agencies, regardless of the booking channel.
- Applicability of the Service for Group Reservations
The Service does not apply to group reservations.
- Available Payment Methods
The Service is available for payment via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Payment Confirmation
After selecting the room and completing the payment, the guest will receive a confirmation email.
If the guest does not receive this email, they should contact the customer service team through the contact details provided in the hotel's contact section of its website.
- When Reservations Do Not Appear in the Online Room Selection System
If the reservation does not appear in the system, the guest must contact the customer service team for assistance through the contact details provided in the hotel's contact section of its website.
- Procedure in Case the Selected Room is Unavailable Upon Arrival
The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the room selection in exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure events, room maintenance, emergencies, temporary area closures).
If the room selected is not available upon the guest’s arrival, the hotel will make every effort to offer a room with similar features and location to the one originally selected.
If the issue is identified before the guest's arrival, the hotel will attempt to contact the guest in advance to offer alternative options.
- Changing the Room Selection After Payment Through the Service
Once the guest has selected their room and processed the payment, they will not be able to request a room change through the Service. If a new room is desired, the guest must make a new selection, which will result in an additional charge.
- Cancellation of the Service After Confirmation
The Service does not allow cancellations once it has been confirmed.
- Transferability of the Service
The Service is not transferable to another guest if the reservation holder is unable to travel.
- Guest Responsibilities
- Ensure that all information entered during the room selection process is correct. Any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you may result in delay or cancellation of your room selection.
- Adhere to the deadlines set for the room selection and payment. Failure to meet the deadlines will result in the cancellation of your room selection.
- Limitation of Liability
The hotel is not responsible or liable for any loss, costs, expense, damages or liabilities of any kind arising from the non-availability of a selected room or the unavailability of the Service for any reason.
- Privacy
Our Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, disclose and retain your personal information and is incorporated herein by reference.
