Changes to Online Room Selection are non-refundable and non-transferable. This option is valid only for the dates of travel specified in the receipt. The availability of rooms for selection is contingent upon the hotel's availability. If, at the time of check-in, the chosen selection cannot be provided, either in full or in part, due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the hotel's regular operations, the hotel will either provide a comparable alternative or issue a full refund.
